Itinerary and Pricing Notes

• Itinerary Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, itineraries may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight/train schedule adjustments, government regulations, or improvements to enhance your travel experience. We will notify you promptly of any significant changes.

• Pricing: Prices are based on current costs and exchange rates at the time of inquiry. They are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.

• Group Tour

  • Small Group Tours, Big Experiences: To ensure a comfortable and personalized experience, our tours are limited to a maximum of 10 travelers. To make each tour economically viable, we require a minimum of 4 participants. If your chosen tour doesn't reach this number, we'll get in touch 30 days before departure to discuss options – this could be moving your tour to a new date, or a full refund.

  • Easy Booking, Secure Your Spot: A deposit of 40% per person secures your reservation. This deposit is then deducted from your final tour balance.

  • Payment Made Simple: The remaining balance is due 60 days before we set off. For bookings made within 60 days of the start date, full payment is needed right away. If full payment is not received 60 days before departure, Explore Chongqing with Li reserves the right to cancel the tour and retain the deposit.

  • Life Happens – Flexible Cancellation Options:

    1. Should travel restrictions prevent your trip after the 30-day mark, we'll do our utmost to recover any costs.

    2. If plans change and you need to cancel, here’s how we handle refunds:

    • More than 60 days before the tour: Full deposit refund.

    • 45-60 days before: 80% of the total tour cost refunded.

    • 30-45 days before: 50% of the total tour cost refunded.

    • Less than 30 days before: Unfortunately, no refund is possible.

    • Once the tour has started: No refunds can be given.

  • Pricing Basis: Our tour prices are per person, based on two people sharing a room.

By paying the deposit, you accept Explore Chongqing with Li Terms and Conditions.

• Private Tour

  • Private Tours - Crafted Just for You: Whether it's a solo escape or a grand family reunion, we tailor our private tours to fit any group size.

  • Secure Your Dream Trip with Ease: A 40% deposit reserves resources for your personalized tour. This deposit will be applied directly to your total tour cost, making the final payment even easier. If deposit is not received 7 days after signing the contract, Explore Chongqing with Li reserves the right to cancel the tour and retain the deposit.

  • Simple and Straightforward Payment: To get your tour started, we'll arrange the full payment on that first day. A gentle reminder will follow after the day's exploration. We understand things can get busy, but if payment isn't completed by the end of the day, we'll unfortunately have to cancel the remaining part of the trip.

  • Flexible Plans, Peace of Mind:

    1. If travel restrictions get in the way, we'll do our best to recover any costs.

    2. We understand that plans can change. Here's how we handle cancellations:

Insurance

• All travelers must provide proof of comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage, before trip departure.

• For your convenience, we can assist purchasing travel insurance and emergency assistance services, covering medical emergencies, including COVID-19, and security threats.

Passport & Visas

• You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport (with at least six months of validity beyond your trip dates) and all necessary visas for your travel dates.

• Failure to obtain the correct visas may result in denied entry and trip cancellation.

• Explore Chongqing with Li is not responsible for any visa application denials or entry refusals.

Traveler Responsibilities

• Trip Suitability: Travelers are responsible for selecting trips that are suitable for their physical abilities and interests.

• Health and Fitness: Travelers must be in good health and physical condition to undertake the trip.

• Trip Preparation:

  • Travelers are responsible for reviewing the trip itinerary, pre-departure information, and adhering to any recommended clothing and equipment guidelines.

  • Travelers are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance.

• Personal Responsibility: Travelers are responsible for their own safety and security during the trip.

Explore Chongqing with Li's Responsibilities

• Service Provision: Explore Chongqing with Li will strive to provide the highest quality travel services within its capacity.

• Trip Organization: Explore Chongqing with Li organizes and sells travel programs that may include transportation, accommodation, and excursions.

• Third-Party Providers: Explore Chongqing with Li utilizes independent contractors (such as transportation and accommodation providers) to deliver certain services.

• Limited Liability: Explore Chongqing with Li is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, including delays, cancellations, or service disruptions.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: Explore Chongqing with Li is not liable for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Pre-Trip Expenses: Explore Chongqing with Li is not responsible for pre-trip expenses incurred by travelers, such as non-refundable air tickets, visa fees, or travel insurance.

Payment Methods:

• Following confirmation of your itinerary and travel arrangements, a comprehensive contract detailing all travel information will be emailed to you. Your acceptance of this contract signifies your agreement to our booking terms and conditions, with particular attention to our cancellation and refund policies, limitations of liability, and participant responsibilities.

• Subsequently, an invoice will be sent via email. For your convenience, we offer three payment options: secure credit card processing through Stripe, PayPal, or direct bank transfer. Please note that transactions processed through Stripe or PayPal will incur a 3% processing fee.

Claims

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the services provided by Explore Chongqing with Li will be initially addressed through friendly consultation between the parties.

I have carefully read and fully understand the booking conditions, especially noting those regarding cancellation and refund policies, limitation of liability, and responsibility borne by the participants. I have also read and understood the itineraries of the trip I am booking.
